Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. Delivery typically takes 10- 15 business days and faster shipping is available for products that originate in the US and are shipped to the US (3 - 5 business days).
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your order. Shipping will then take between 10 to 21 business days. Within 5 to 7 days, you'll receive an email confirming that your order is on its way!
TRACKING NUMBERS: Depending on the items purchased, your shipment may be delivered in two separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@whoanellievibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We ask that you wait the full 21 business days before requesting a refund.
